A Trip Through the City

My entry for Choose a Song Jam 1. The game is a scrolling shooter inspired by Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue" as 2024 marked its 100th anniversary and I'd been meaning to do something with that piece before the year was out with this proving to be the perfect opportunity. One benefit of being inspired by a piece of music this old is being able to use the actual piece as it's been in the public domain for a few years now, so the game is set to a synth arrangement of the piece.
